Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Terrigal United Football Club (TUFC) members will be held on Monday, 24th November 2025, at 7:00 pm at Breakers Country Club Wamberal.

Venue: Breakers Country Club Wamberal
The AGM will conduct the following business:
- Receiving and considering financial statements for the financial year ended September 2025
- Receiving and considering the President’s report and committee reports
- Receiving and considering the audit report
- Election of Executive Committee Members
Relevant supporting documentation, including the meeting agenda and committee reports, will be available on our website https://terrigalunitedfc.com/about-us/agm/ no later than 72 hours prior to the Meeting.
Nominations for the Executive Committee can be made by completing this form https://form.jotform.com/242997192463873 and are due by 7pm on Monday 17th November 2025.

PROXY VOTING FORM
We warmly invite you to attend the AGM in person. If you cannot attend in person, you may cast your vote by appointing a proxy to vote on your behalf. You can submit your proxy by completing this form https://form.jotform.com/252936224298061. A proxy must be a member who is entitled to their own right to vote at a general meeting of the TUFC. If a member is entitled to cast 2 or more votes, the member may appoint 2 proxies and may specify the proportion or number of votes each proxy is appointed to exercise.
