General Meeting & Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that a General Meeting of the Terrigal United Football Club (TUFC) members will be held on Monday, 26th October 2026, at 7:00 pm at Breakers Country Club Wamberal.

Notice is also given that the 2026 Annual General Meeting of the Terrigal United Football Club (TUFC) members will be held on Monday, 9th November 2026, at 7:00 pm at Breakers Country Club Wamberal.

The General Meeting on 26th October will conduct the following business:

  1. Consideration of a Special Resolution, followed by a vote, to adopt a revised Constitution (Rules) for TUFC

The Annual General Meeting on 9th November will conduct the following business:

  1. Confirming the minutes of the 2025 AGM
  2. Confirming the minutes of the 26th of October 2026 General Meeting 
  3. Receiving the President’s report and committee reports
  4. Receiving Financial Statements and Audit report for the Financial Year ending 30th September 2026
  5. Election of 2027 Executive Committee Members
  6. General Business

Nominations open 8pm Monday 26th October and close 8pm Monday 2nd November 2026.

PROXY VOTING FORM

We invite you to attend the General Meeting and Annual General Meeting in person. If you cannot attend in person, you may cast your vote by appointing a proxy to vote on your behalf. You can submit your proxy by completing this form: https://form.jotform.com/262758315207863.

A proxy must be a member who is entitled to their own right to vote at a General Meeting of the TUFC. If a member is entitled to cast 2 or more votes, the member may appoint 2 proxies and may specify the proportion or number of votes each proxy is appointed to exercise.
