A tough weekend for our MPL & WPL squads. The Olads could only come away with 1 of the 9 points on offer after first grade and under 21s lost their games, reserve grade able to secure a point in a 1-1 draw. Thank you to everyone that came down and supported Old Boys Day 💪🏽 Our Olasses could also only secure 1 point on the road to WPL challengers, Umina United. The ladies will be looking to bounce back to winning ways this weekend and get their title charge back on track 👊🏽 Not the weekend of results we were after, but you can guarantee we will come back stronger 🧡🖤
To wrap up our Female Football Week celebration of sides from the new all-girls competitions on Saturdays, here is the under 7 girls 4. First year for this U7 Girls to be playing together as a team and they are loving it! Fast becoming best friends and kicking lots of goals whilst learning to play soccer and having fun. Training is spent learning how to kick, pass, shot, trap and save - as well as playing duck, duck goose. They are looking forward to many years ahead of playing together and enjoying the game with Adam (senior TUFC player and dad), their head coach.
Still plenty of time to be part of the Central Coast Mariners fan day at Pluim Park.
Plenty of sunshine at Terrigal for the final weekend of #shooshforkids month.
GROUND UPDATE: Eastern Rd 2 top oval ONLY is closed tomorrow.
The Female Football Week celebrations continue with the under 7 girls 1 team. This great group of friends have been with each other since preschool, and all have grown into amazing young ladies. We have players that are in their 3rd year of playing, 2nd year of playing and a couple of girls playing football for the very first time this year. I think football will be for life for this team, and to see them grow and develop their football skills is fantastic. Bianca Beresford – Team Manager
