About the A Grade Program at Terrigal  

Last year we set out on a journey to position ourselves as a genuine alternative to representative football where players fall just short of their aspirations to play for Central Coast Mariners or Central Coast United.  Players are leaving the coast and paying top dollar to play in Newcastle and we feel that this is not necessary.  The program is committed to delivering standards that are similar to the representative experience.   Part of these standards are having the teams present in a way that is professional and represent the club with pride.  This has brought about the need to bring in sponsors on board to support this.     Sponsors and their logos will be represented across the coast at our home and away games, and potentially abroad with our teams that are entering the State Cup or Champions of Champions at the end of the season.

Our A grade teams:
*All have experienced coaches
*Are coming off a season where all teams finished in finals positions with 2 league champions and 1 grand final winner.
*Are connected to the local representative club Central Coast United, providing players a clear pathway should they want to progress beyond grassroots football.   This partnership is evolving.  It started last year with train on opportunities for our players, some of which were selected for CCU and has continued this year with a historic set of fixtures where our U14s through to First grade squared off at Central Coast Sports College.  There are further plans to advance this relationship as the A grade program develops further.
