All players must have a current ID photo (no older than 2 years old) uploaded on My Football Club.  The photo must be a portrait close up head/shoulder pic with no hats or sunglasses, facing towards the lens and no shadowing.  
Can all Team Coaches and Managers ensure their players are complying.
CCF have advised that any players that have no photos OR expired photos OR inappropriate photos will be ineligible to play in future games (starting this weekend) – the cutoff for all photos to be uploaded is Thursday 31st May 5pm.
Those with expired photos must be completed by Thursday 7th June (1 week extension).  
 
Please check your ID photo OR your childs ID photo is uploaded, current and facing the same way URGENTLY.

If you decide to upload your own photo, please ensure it is passport-style – namely: head only (crop, if necessary), taken in good light, plain/light-coloured background, clear and sharply focused image. Below are examples of acceptable and unacceptable photos

Please note that if a photo is uploaded that doesn’t meet the necessary requirements, the registration cannot be accepted/processed. A new, acceptable photo will need to be uploaded.Click on “Next” at the bottom of the page.  If there are any errors, a message will appear next to the field.  Correct the errors and click on “Next” again.
 ***If you are having trouble uploading a photo, we have found the easiest way is to take a head & shoulders photo with your phone then email it to yourself, drag it onto your desktop and then drag it into myfootballclub.com.au***
Most common error is the the size of the file which can be fixed on a desktop computer
