Terrigal United Football Club is excited to announce a Pre Season training program aimed at Youth aged Women Footballers (12-17). Season 2023 is shaping up to be one of the biggest ever for Women’s Participation off the back of a thriving National team (Matildas), inclusion into the National Women’s League (Mariners) and of course, the FIFA Women’s World Cup
The Girls Love Football Program is a skill based introductory program to football that is delivered over a 6 week period. The weekly sessions are designed to provide flexibility to the currently offered ‘traditional’ football opportunities for youth girls.
The program fundamentals are as follows:
- 6 weeks in duration
- $35 per participant*
- 45 minutes weekly sessions
- Introductory program that includes to introduction of the 4 core skills, football rules, fun and small sided games
- Available to girls 12-17 (in two age groups, U12-U14 and U15-U17) of all Abilities, beginners included (and encouraged)
- Club inclusion
- Meet new friends
Participants will also be eligible to participate in a gala day at Valentine Sports Park – Details on flier at bottom and further info
*This will be be taken off the participants rego if registering for Terrigal United Football in 2023.
