In 1978 a small family pizza store opened in the Sydney suburb of Bexley North, and from day one the success showed that there was a niche in the market for a hand made, traditional Italian style pizza that is made fresh to order.
This realisation lead Rudy Arbolino and Vito Russo to establish PIZZA INN in 1985. It was decided then that PIZZA INN would be different from the other pizza chains. At PIZZA INN it was always going to be a matter of quality instead of the volume of pizzas sold.
From the very beginning, PIZZA INN has always used the same authentic dough recipe (that has made them so well known) that was used by Rudy’s Aunt in a little bakery/pizzeria in the back streets of Naples over 50 years ago.
To complement the traditional dough base, PIZZA INN used its own special tomato sauce blended with herbs and spices, and topped with the freshest ingredients to give a mouth-watering pizza that is second to none.
The dough and sauces created then are still used today to ensure the same fantastic pizzas are made every time to keep you coming back for more.
